A Few of my Passions |

|
I am a photographer by trade so I love to create images which invoke thought within myself and others. I love many styles of art, as long as its good. The art that remains imbedded in my thoughts are Angel by Marc Chagall, Starry Night Vincent Van Gogh, anything by Juan Miro, or Claude Monet. I will not forget last year, seeing a painting hanging on the wall at the MET, "In The Meadow" by Renoir, I felt like I was there, I could smell the day, hear the wind in the trees, and feel the sunlight on my face, this painting was truly alive. I find much inspiration in my environment. A big powerful river which meanders along the pathway I travel. The calm ocean at sunrise, the mountains, trees blowing in the wind. The incredible force of nature, severe storms, lightning, tornados and sometimes just pure silence and tranquility. Mountain biking, road biking, and scuba diving. The wind in my hair. Snow boarding the silence of fresh white powder, or the feeling of a cool rain on my skin on a hot desert day. Setting out on a journey with " no plan" just go and let fate be my guide. Adventure of any kind. Connections to people and the stories of their lives help me to see other points of view. Learning new ideas and concepts, teaching people new ways to look at their lives. Helping people to work on their dreams and achieve their goals. The sound of a beating heart, a smile from a stranger, laughter, knowing, and the golden light that paints the end of another day. These connections to art, nature and people are a large part of the energy which powers my inner core. It is this energy which directs me toward my own personal destiny. I have other passions in music, food, and I just love the water that comes in the blue bottles called Tynant. Combined together, all of these passions, even though they are simple everyday life experiences, help me to evolve one step at a time, creating the life I desire.
